This agreement is the result of amicable negotiations between the parties, conducted on the principles of fairness and mutual advantage. It aims to foster a lasting, amiable, and mutually beneficial partnership based on specific terms and conditions governing the distribution of Whole Machine, including Authorized Distribution Products Serie Brand/Reach Stacker SOCMA/Empty Container Handler SOCMA, Spare Parts for repairing and replacing used parts within the whole machines, and Auxiliary Appliances for Whole Machine.
